Golden Wedding party cake
Made for for an outdoor-loving couple.
Taste: Chocolate cake with toblerone-mocca cream and preserved cherries. Covered with butter cream and marzipan.
Decoration: Nature elements are modelled using fondant. The topper is from a local shop.
For a recent fundraising activity I designed 20 postcards in different sets.
Now they are for sale again and here’s a few of them in large format.

Christmas at Græsted Stationsvej
Here are some of our Christmas decorations inside the house.
Black has again become a color of celebration like it was from the mid-19th-century till about 1920. It has been a color of festive clothing for quite some years now - but we have only the last few years really taken black in as a serious color for house or personal decoration, without being seen as having sad or melancholic connotations.
Filled chocolates
This is my first homemade filled chocolates, made with chocolate from “Summerbird”. I made boxes with windows in so that the brown chocolates could be a part of the gift wrapping…

Birthday Cake
A quick cake I made for my sister-in-law. I had to finish it the day after the Barbie Cake so it had to be an easy shape and fast to decorate…but the taste was again the ladies’ favorite taste…
Taste: Rich chocolate mud-cake with toblerone-cream. Since it was not season for fresh cherries or strawberries I left out the berries.
Birthday Cake
My first doll cake - for my niece Emma at her 14th birthday party at our house. In the shopping bag I put cosmetics & body products from Body Shop.
